FOB (Free on Board) is the vehicle price at the Japanese port before shipping. C&F (Cost & Freight) includes the vehicle price plus shipping to your destination port. Our listings show FOB prices — request a C&F quote by selecting your destination port when inquiring.
Shipping times vary by destination: USA West Coast 2–3 weeks, USA East Coast 4–5 weeks, Australia/NZ 2–3 weeks, UK/Europe 5–7 weeks, East Africa 3–4 weeks, Caribbean 4–6 weeks. These are estimates and can vary based on shipping schedules and port congestion.
We offer two methods: RoRo (Roll-on/Roll-off) — the most common and cost-effective for drivable vehicles; and Container shipping — ideal for non-running vehicles, multiple cars, or added protection. Your sales agent will recommend the best option.
Yes. Once your vehicle is loaded, we provide a Bill of Lading number and the shipping line details. You can track your vessel in real time using the shipping company's website. We also send you regular updates via email.
We ship worldwide to almost every country. Our most popular destinations include USA, Australia, New Zealand, UK, Kenya, Tanzania, Mozambique, Bahamas, and Caribbean islands. If you don't see your port listed, just ask — we can arrange shipping to virtually any port.
Customs clearance is the buyer's responsibility at the destination port. However, we provide all necessary export documents (Export Certificate, Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice) to make the process smooth. We can also recommend customs brokers in many countries.

Currently, we require full payment before shipping. However, for repeat customers or large orders, we may consider partial payment arrangements on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
We accept payments in USD (US Dollars), JPY (Japanese Yen), and EUR (Euros). The invoice will show the amount in your preferred currency with the exchange rate applied at the time of invoicing.
Yes. All payments go directly to our verified company bank accounts at major Japanese banks. We are a registered Japanese corporation with government export licenses. We never ask for payment to personal accounts, cryptocurrency, or money transfer services.
You receive: Original Export Certificate, Bill of Lading (B/L), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Vehicle Inspection Certificate. For some countries, we also provide a De-registration Certificate and Japanese Road Tax Certificate. All originals are sent via DHL/FedEx courier.
Yes, we provide auction inspection reports for vehicles purchased from Japanese auctions. For stock vehicles, we provide our own comprehensive inspection report covering engine, body, interior, undercarriage, and electrical systems.

Yes, every vehicle undergoes a thorough pre-export inspection covering engine and transmission condition, body and paint inspection, interior condition, electrical systems check, tire and brake assessment, and undercarriage inspection. We provide a detailed report with photos.
Absolutely. Request additional photos, a video walkaround, or even a live video call inspection with your sales agent. We want you to be 100% confident in your purchase before you commit.
We provide a pre-export inspection guarantee — if the vehicle condition differs significantly from what was described, we resolve it before shipping. Once shipped, warranty depends on the vehicle condition and destination country regulations. We can arrange third-party warranty in select countries.
