Terms of service.

• SS Holdings / we — the operator of this site and the seller of record.
• You / customer — the individual or company placing an inquiry, reservation or purchase.
• Listing — a vehicle offered for export on the site.
• Reservation — a confirmed agreement to purchase a specific listing once invoiced.

You must register an account to send inquiries, reserve units, or upload payment proof. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the security of your password. You must verify your email address before placing a reservation.

We make every effort to keep listing data accurate, but we do not guarantee the absence of errors. Prices shown on a listing are FOB (Free On Board) at the origin port unless explicitly stated as C&F or CIF.

A C&F quote in your inquiry is an estimate. The final invoiced amount is binding only once we issue a numbered invoice in your reservation.

A reservation reserves the unit for you and issues an invoice. Payment is by international wire (T/T) to the bank account printed on the invoice. You must upload your T/T copy to the customer panel as proof.

We verify your wire by matching the sender against the remitter (bank) info on your profile. If there is a mismatch, we may pause the order until the discrepancy is resolved.

Funds must clear in our account before we begin shipping preparation. Any bank fees on the customer's side are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping options (RoRo, Container, Air) are confirmed in your reservation. ETD and ETA are estimates from the carrier — delays caused by weather, port congestion, or carrier scheduling are outside our control.

The Bill of Lading and shipping documents are released once payment is fully cleared and the unit has loaded the vessel. You are responsible for customs clearance, import duties, and inland transport at the destination unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Each vehicle undergoes a pre-shipment inspection. The optional SS Warranty, when selected on the invoice, covers specific mechanical components for the period stated in the warranty certificate. Cosmetic wear, consumables and damage caused after delivery are excluded.

Reservations may be cancelled before payment without penalty. After payment is verified, cancellation is subject to deduction of any costs already incurred (banking fees, port charges, inspection, vanning).

Once the unit has loaded the vessel, the order is non-cancellable.

All site content — branding, photography, copy, software — is owned by SS Holdings or its licensors. You may view and share listings for personal use. You may not republish, scrape, or use site content for competing services without written permission.

Our maximum liability for any claim relating to a transaction is limited to the invoice amount of that transaction. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or business interruption.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the city in which SS Holdings is registered, unless a binding consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
