Click 'Inquire Now' on any vehicle. Add your contact details, your nearest port, and any specific questions about condition, options, or shipping.
Choose your delivery port
Select your destination port from the dropdown. We ship to ports across the USA, Australia, New Zealand, UK, East Africa, the Caribbean, and beyond.
Step 2
Receive details by email
A dedicated specialist reviews your inquiry and sends back a complete vehicle report, transparent pricing, and your shipping quote within 24 hours.
Email confirmation
You'll receive an immediate confirmation. Within 24 hours, your specialist sends a detailed response with FOB price, estimated shipping cost, and total C&F to your selected port.
Inquiry dashboard
Sign in to track every inquiry in one place. View status, read agent responses, and exchange messages directly with your specialist through your account.
Inspection report
We provide a comprehensive inspection report covering engine condition, body, interior photos, mileage verification, and any known issues — before you commit.

Confirm & get invoice
Once you're satisfied with the details and pricing, we issue an official invoice with the complete cost breakdown — fully itemized, no surprises.

Reply to your specialist confirming you'd like to proceed. We're transparent about pricing — what you see on the invoice is exactly what you pay.
Receive your invoice
We issue an official proforma invoice listing vehicle details, FOB price, shipping cost, insurance, and total C&F amount, alongside bank information and payment instructions.
Payment options
We accept bank transfer (T/T), the most secure method for international vehicle purchases. Payment can be made in USD, EUR, or JPY at the rate stated on the invoice.
Step 4
Pay & share payment proof
Make the bank transfer (T/T) and share the payment proof. We verify within 1–2 business days and begin processing your order immediately.

Transfer the invoice amount to our verified company bank account using the details provided. Include your invoice number as the reference. Most international transfers settle in 1–3 business days.

After making the transfer, send a screenshot or scan of the bank receipt to your specialist via email or through your dashboard.
Payment verification
Our finance team verifies your payment within 1–2 business days. Once confirmed, you receive a receipt and your order status moves to 'Processing'.
Step 5
Receive the car
We handle export documentation, customs clearance at origin, and the full shipping process. Your vehicle is delivered to your nearest port — door-to-door available on request.
Export documentation
We handle all Japanese export paperwork — Export Certificate, Bill of Lading, vehicle de-registration. Original documents are sent via DHL/FedEx ahead of the vessel's arrival.
Shipping & tracking
Your vehicle ships via RoRo or container, depending on your selection. We provide a tracking number for real-time vessel monitoring. Typical sailing times: 3–8 weeks by destination.
Port pickup & delivery
Once your vehicle arrives, we send the documents you need for customs clearance and pickup. Door-to-door delivery is available on request in supported regions.
